Nice and spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom with lots of towels. We could use an indoor pool. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but they did open it on our request. We had a very nice view from the balcony and the window in the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very good blind on the window allowed me to go to bed early in a dark room. There was a small refrigerator in the room with two small bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing, everything nice, really tasty and fresh. You couldn't possibly taste it all and eat there was so much of it. We got a coffee for breakfast and then we were offered another coffee. I was also able to hire for free walking poles. The whole place, everything we've used was nice and clean.

Easy to reach by bus from the town centre, with a stop right outside the door. Walking distance from the Madonna del Sasso church. Room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view down to the town and the lake. Delicious breakfast in a charming room, with plenty of choice, including homemade jams and pancakes, with eggs made fresh to order. Water, tea, syrups, biscuits and fruit available for free at any time (also coffee and alcoholic drinks to be paid for at checkout). Bed was comfortable . Very good value for Switzerland.
