Unexpectedly good hotel (for this price in Switzerland) with an amazing wellness area right on the lake Luzern. Breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there and even decided to come back few nights later. Charger for e-cars for a very good price (two stations at the parking lot).

I loved the lobby area, magnificent views over the lake.. We sat there for hours. The room also had a spectacular view.

The balcony view is just unmatched. The ambient roof lighting was impeccable and made the room more aesthetic. The jacuzzi again steals away all the limelight despite having a spa within the room. Perfectly planned view and amenities provided in the room. We loved the complimentary drinks and the spectacular bose sound system .

The hotel is modern and chic. Wow factor the moment we stepped into the lobby and continue to amaze us as we check in. Bathroom was huge and clean, coffee machine in the room was provided. Bed was big and comfortable. Balcony was bigger than most hotels! Highly recommend

Best hotel on our Swiss round trip! The view is incredible!! Restaurant is amazing! All employees are very friendly and the lady from reception helped us with finding the best way to Pilatus mountain! We will certainly come back during summer!
