There are also exceptional restaurants, including "La Brezza", which has been awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points. The gourmet restaurant is closed in Ascona in winter, but is open in the Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa during the winter season. Best hotel I've stayed in. Great service, staff, room, amenities, etc.

This boutique hotel is ideally located in a quiet area of Locarno. The breakfast buffet has an excellent variety of regional meats, eggs, fruits, and breads. It’s only a short walk to the train station. They also offered the Ticino Card, which made access to public transportation easy! The hotel is family run. Nikoli was very helpful with information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent views but wish we were on higher floor. Excellent service convenient parking brilliant pool amazing breakfast amazing restaurant food and service. Can’t fault this property.

There is also a restaurant, an indoor pool (march to november) and a small fitness room. The hotel went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay special! The hotel is in a great location just outside of Ascona, great views of the lake, has a great breakfast and while we didnt eat there the restaurant for dinner looked very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, expecially with our early check out.
