Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Beautiful hotel hundreds of years old that served incredible food. The staff were all amazing but as many have said you often have to go down to the restaurant on the bottom floor below reception to find them. They have a washing machine and drier you can use for 4CHF each which was wonderful. There is a bus to East and another to West one minute from the hotel. They run every 30 minutes or you can walk in 15. Room was beautiful and I’m 6’5” and while the roof is low I was fine. Interlaken is a fantastic travel hub and has great services. I’d love to return some day.

We were given a free taxi from the train station - the train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road. Quiet and cozy, good soundproofing. There is a balcony. The room has coffee capsules, tea and bottled water. The staff is very friendly. In the evenings, you can order dinner and a cocktail at the bar. Excellent spa and several saunas with a salt room and a relaxation room, with tea and coffee, dried fruits and juice. When it rains, it is very pleasant to warm up in the hot pool. We went to the sauna without bathing suits - we wrapped ourselves in a towel. A towel is on each floor in the spa area. We ordered an excellent massage - you need to book in advance because there are not always places. Delicious breakfasts with panoramic views of the beautiful city and mountains. In the mornings there is champagne, delicious coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants, different types of cheese and much more. The train station is a 10-minute walk along a pleasant road.

Every room comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. the best hotel ever❤️ they upgraded us to a room with balcony! (because they said it might be really tight with the baby cot) bathroom and room was very big clean and warm. kitchen was will equipped. there were a dishwasher that you can use to wash your dishes. bus stops at the hotel front door. it comes every hour. -no elevator- but the reception man helped us with luggage . there was an elevator chair for the handicapped. the breakfast was amazing! lots of choices bread milk fruits nuts cake. free coffee corner (espresso milk and sugar) available all time! the view was breathtaking!
