A hairdryer is offered in the private bathroom. The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort offers a spectacular escape for storm watching, whale watching, beach adventures, or romantic retreats, any time of year. We stayed here during our honeymoon and the staff, especially Amy was absolutely amazing. We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Thanks to the awesome staff for making our stay in your resort so special.

Featuring historic décor, this adult-only Victoria accommodation was originally built in 1930. A gourmet breakfast is served each morning. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The Victoria Clipper is 2 km away. Loved the very thoughtfully appointed room. It set the bar high for the continuation of our travels. Breakfast was fabulous and parking worked for us too.

Select rooms include a fireplace and a sofa bed. The room was especially nice. Plenty of space. A big bed and two lounge chairs. Also a very spacious bathroom. Shower was great.

The location is amazing, right next to Stanley Park and to lots of great restaurants. Also, the bus stop for the city center is right around the corner. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, so it's really great for families! The staff was very helpful every time we needed them.

The bed and breakfast also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We stayed in the Alder cabin for 2 nights and we absolutely loved it! The cabin was beautiful, cosy and the owners very friendly and helpful. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The hummingbirds in the evenings and the bear outside the window in the morning is something we will never forget! The homemade breakfasts and dinners brought by the hosts themselves were delicious. We will often think back to Ruby, Lady and Luna, your smart and cute dogs. We are so glad we chose the Wolfwood Guest Ranch for our stay on the way to Jasper. Great location, quiet and clean and comfortable Communication from the inn was excellent.Didn’t try the hot , but the sauna was outstanding after a long drive.

Gorgeous place in a very secluded spot but only about 10 mins away from Clearwater (supermarket, restaurants etc). The cabins are absolutely lovely, squeaky clean and done up with a lot of care and attention to detail, as are the outdoor areas (lots of seating, fireplace etc). Oh, and they have the most comfortable beds ever! Tents looked very cosy too. We didn't use the sauna but it looked very inviting.
