Offering a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, Pousada Bahia Tambor is situated in Morro de São Paulo, a few steps from Second Beach. Rooms have a flat-screen TV. This was my third visit to the island and by far the best experience. Located right in the middle of Segunda Praia, we enjoyed the two swimming pools on the rooftop with a great bar. The bartenders Everton and Edilson mixed some of the best cocktails we encountered. We were grateful for some of the information about the island they gave us. We also liked the friendly staff at breakfast, and the different items offered every morning. We wished to have such great water pressure in our shower at home!

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Jardim Secreto is located in Morro de São Paulo on a staircase in the middle of the Mata Atlântica on Fonte Grande Street and close to Pousada Gongo, 100... Overall very nice! The room was very nice, comfortable and with a convenient kitchen. They have a small garden which was perfect for the breakfast and to chill out after a day on the beach. The stairs to get to the apartment were challenge but not bad as people described, but if you are not used to exercises it might be difficult for you, specially with luggage.

Throughout the whole process José and Tanya were friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transport to the island and Alvino to help with our luggage to the accommodation even accommodating our ever changing plans. When we arrived we were greeted by a cool glass of water and then a caipirinha! The hotel is up a lot of stairs and you need to have some level of fitness. However, it was absolutely worth it. The views of the island were stunning. I absolutely loved being 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but still having my oasis of calm. The rooms were clean and comfortable and each had a hammock to enjoy. The whole place felt super safe. Breakfast each morning was shared with local wildlife - we watched the hummingbirds and marmosets. Each morning there was fresh fruit, a juice, and coffee and eggs. Then a sweet and savory delights that changed each day. They staff were always friendly and helped cater to dietary requirements. Whilst there José helped arrange a boat tour and a place to watch the sunset. They advised on places to walk and places to eat. I can not express enough how happy this place made me feel. For me it felt like paradise.

Located in the idyllic Morro de Sao Paulo, Pousada Brasil Caribe is a guesthouse with free WiFi access situated at Second Beach. The guesthouse is also 300 metres from Saudade Island. The Pousada was close to everything. It was super clean and everything was like new. Very well maintained property

Located in Morro de São Paulo in the Tinharé Region, 200 metres from Second Beach, Bahia Inn Boutique Hotel features a year-round heated outdoor pool — the only one in the region with this feature —... Staff was very nice. Daily breakfast and room cleaning. Comfortable bed. A/C. WiFi. Pool. Hot water. Quiet. Close to beach 2. Definitely pay one of the guys to carry your luggage in a wheelbarrow from the boat!!! Best money spent here! “Funny” restaurant on the beach and “I am orro” in the town are excellent food options. Very safe. Enjoy the beach!!

Location, staff, breakfast were all amazing. Room was very comfortable. I was in the separate building and had no issues at all (30 second walk to the main building)

Just 100 metres from the sea in Porto de Cima Beach, this charming guest house is surrounded by native forest. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi are available. Great rooms in a quiet part the main town. Pousada Aquarela is just steps from the main square, yet far enough to be nestled in a charming and peaceful rainforest with plenty of monkeys and birds around. There is an excellent restaurant on the property with a selection of craft beers. Everyone working here is a delight to interact with.

With a modern concept and design, featuring the most complete and sophisticated structure in Morro de São Paulo. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful! Breakfast was great! There were many options, and fresh fruits, juices, pao de queijo, and homemade cakes were delicious daily! The pool was the prettiest and with the loveliest view! The room was comfy, and the AC was perfect! The hotel and room were clean! The location is at beach one which is closer to all shops and restaurants and not as much people at the beach since it’s smaller. We loved it!
