Highland Cabins and Cottages at Bronte Park offer self-contained accommodation in Bronte. Free private parking is available on site. The cabin has everything that we needed. The complimentary port was very much appreciated by us. We had a lovely time relaxing in front of the fireplace, which was well stocked with firewood. We wished we were not on a tight schedule and could extend our stay there for a few more nights.

At Swansea Beach Chalets we offer a range of comfortable, contemporary one and two bedroom chalets. Good location to drive around the sights in this area of Tasmania. Also a great view to the bay from these waterfront chalets. This place had everything we needed.

This is one of the nicest motels we ever stayed at. Great location at the waterfront, short stroll to the beach snd city center, super friendly staff and the cafe attached is awesome

Waratah on York is located in a restored Victorian mansion, just 5 minutes’ walk from Launceston city centre. It features free off-street parking and Wi-Fi internet access. The stay felt like living in a castle — the decor was quite luxurious, the room was very spacious, and it offered great value for money.

Cradle Mountain Highlanders offers secluded cabins on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It provides convenient, self-catering facilities and is a 5-minute drive from the park’s entrance. It was a special and peaceful retreat in a cabin surrounded by the forest. Both the reception area and the cabins were beautifully designed. The fireplace inside the cabin kept us very warm—so much so that at night, we even left the window slightly open while the fire was still going. It was conveniently close to the Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, but I’d recommend bringing enough ingredients if you plan to cook your own meals.
