All units include a seating area with a flat-screen TV, CD player, and DVD player. All units feature a dining area and a balcony deck. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle. Every unit is fitted with a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are available. Very friendly owner/receptionist. I have been travelling through tasmania for 8 days and this was the only place i stayed at where the heater was turned on before arrival so that the room was nice and warm for me when i got there. this meant a lot. she even turned the outside lights on for me and showed me where to find my cabin as it was dark when i arrived. the bed was very comfortable and the cabin had everything you could ask for, even a balcony and heating lights in the bathroom. even had some free port available on arrival. all was clean and tidy and i was given great instructions on where to find everything. only 20min drive away from “The Wall” and not too far from Mt Field Nationalpark.

Our premium chalets offer uninterrupted water views, while our standard chalets are set back from the beach among native gardens, all with direct access to our beautiful Jubilee Beach. Staff were friendly, gave great tips for local food and sightseeing. Beach front location was gorgeous, perfect for watching the sunrise. Cabin was clean, modern, and with working kitchen facilities and good water pressure.

Cradle Mountain Village is located in a secluded setting on the edge of the World Heritage-listed Cradle Mountain/Lake St Clair National Park. It is just a 5-minute walk to the Visitor Centre and 10 minutes’ drive to the start of the Overland Track. The chalet was lovely! Spacious, with in-house jacuzzi, and an electric fireplace and a mini kitchenette. Everything we needed. The property has an on-site restaurant, which is helpful since there aren't many restaurants around, and almost all run at full capacity - which makes all of them pricier. Food is great! The staff is super nice - Tais at the front desk even treated us to a complimentary wine when she found out one of us was celebrating our birthday. Thank you!

For your entertainment, the property also has kayaks, golf clubs and bikes for guest use. This is one of the nicest motels we ever stayed at. Great location at the waterfront, short stroll to the beach snd city center, super friendly staff and the cafe attached is awesome

Waratah On York overlooks Launceston City Park and is a 5-minute walk from the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery. Cataract Gorge is only 3 km away, and Launceston Airport is a 20-minute drive. The view, size of the room and location is great. I liked the spa bath too!

Each of the unique cabins at Cradle Mountain Highlanders has cosy interiors, including a fireplace. All cabins are lined with beautiful Tasmanian timber and most cabins have full kitchen facilities. Some units have a luxurious spa bath and mountain views. It was a special and peaceful retreat in a cabin surrounded by the forest. Both the reception area and the cabins were beautifully designed. The fireplace inside the cabin kept us very warm—so much so that at night, we even left the window slightly open while the fire was still going. It was conveniently close to the Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, but I’d recommend bringing enough ingredients if you plan to cook your own meals.
