Staff were so helpful and friendly, great bar and restaurant - fondue was the star of the evening along with the European feel. Lovely views sitting on the balcony having a beer or cocktail.

A lovely bottle of champagne on arrival ( it was our 40th anniversary and we had our honeymoon at your hotel)
Breakfast was lovely, good variety, just could have catered a bit more for lactose intolerance, ( for example, only butter served)

View from the room was lovely, watching the sun disappear behind the mountains was a highlight.
The evening meal we had was great in taste but not worth the charge.
