Their hospitality is on a whole different level--just astonishing--whatever I needed to do or find out or needed help with, they were right there and eager to help. And always jolly! Olger teaches English at the local school and also speaks Italian along with his native Albanian...very useful for guests from many countries (guests during my weeklong stay were from Italy, Sweden, Israel, France, and Albania), and great fun too. The hotel is right in the center of Korce, behind the huge cathedral, so very easy to find and a beautiful view from my window. Excellent breakfast with superb French coffee was included in the room price, and 24-hour use of the dining area and fridge for guests' other meals too. What a fantastic, and affordable, introduction to Albania!

Everything is amazing: hotel design, the super fancy spa, friendly staff, bar, restaurant and breakfast. The massage was also very good. This place is the best value for money we may have encountered in the past years.

Very friendly staff and nice cabins. The restaurant serves great food and the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. We took the one hour horse back riding and it was cool as well. We are defiant coming back when we are in Albania next time.
