Nice balcony, decent room size for a family of four. The free shuttle to Universal and metro station was very convenient. The heated pool seemed nice, yet we didn’t get to use it. It was a bit crowded in the evening. Nice idea to project movies at night, to watch from the pool!

We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing and we had ocean views which was incredible. Staff were so helpful and freindly and attentive to our needs.

the property was incredible ! poor old school luxury with nothing left out ! the location was amazing , staff so helpful, beds so comfortable ! I really can’t say enough how great and happy we were to have stayed here.
