Perfect location, across from the Spectrum Center. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the room is spacious. We found parking next to the hotel for $40 a day. Overall, everything was fine.

The staff were amazing. The driver of the shuttle on the afternoon we arrived was a lovely man and so kind. Front desk staff were also very helpful. We will definitely recommend and stay again if back in Charlotte.
