I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the reception. They were not just helpful but went above and beyond to assist me. I encountered difficulties with the car rental company and had to wait for the roadside assistance for 2-3hours, which unfortunately never arrived. However, the hotel staff took incredible care of me, providing assistance and, in the end, even managing to get the car running again. This was more than just a service; it was a beautiful human experience. I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you so much; I will never forget this gesture of kindness! The hotel was everything I expected – a nice, spacious room, convenient hotel parking, and a comfortable bed - the suite provided everything necessary for a restful night.

The courteous and patient service of the front desk staff was the beginning of my pleasant stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will just this hotel for all of my stays. My daughter is a freshman at UAB in the fall so for the next four years I will be staying with you.
