If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

The rooms are clean and just right in size. The location is also great. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Ninshi night market. Although no breakfast is included in the package, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel where you can get meals. The free flowing snacks also added great value to the price. Special thanks to the staff for helping us arrange transportation for the tour and to the airport. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I get a chance to go back to Taipei.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.

Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

Waterfront Hotel is situated in Taipei, 800 metres from Wufenpu Garment Wholesale Area and 2.2 km from Taipei 101. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV.
