We as 10 friends took all 6 rooms and felt like at family , comfortable and safe. Marco, extremely helpfull was waiting for us at the street to show the hotel .We were in touch with him during our 3 days staying and he was always ready to help. He recomended us Igor, great taxi driver , who organized our trip. The hotels localization is best in Belgrad , the rooms are big and comfortable.The breakfast in Art hotel was full of cold and warm delicious food. Having visited Belgrade two times before, I strongly believe that Hyatt is the best hotel you will find in the city! Beautiful facilities in a quiet location at New Belgrade, but at the same time only a short drive away from the historic center. The room was big, with comfortable beds and had an impressive bathroom made of marble. Breakfast had great variety and included a lot of local profucts. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area and its amenities (you could even find different tea flavors at the locker rooms which was a great touch!). The staff was very polite and helpful with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome from the first moment. Hvala na svemu, pozdrav iz Grčke!
