Hotel is absolutelly fantastic. Located on top of the hills. Beautifull view. Countryside. Orange trees. We walked through them. This place have special energy. Silence. You fill so relaxed. Other people who come to this place were positive, polite, friendly. Hotel staff is so kind. They pay attention to each visitor. Super kind and positive people in restaurant. All of them. At breakfast, lunch and dinner. We filled so welcomed here. Delicious food. Excellent dinner. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Portugal.

This is hotel fare exceeded our expectations . The location is superb , right by the Ferry to the island . The bedroom whilst not huge was a good size , with a kettle, fridge , it was spotlessly clean and the towels were bath sheets ( very rare) . The breakfast was more than plentiful, fresh fruit , cereal, yoghurts , pastries and a hot selection of scrambled egg and bacon . I am really not sure what people are expecting for the price you pay . The staff were polite and helpful, a special mention for Pedro who advised us on where to go , restaurants etc

About a 5 mins walk from the river, this hotel met all our needs. The room was spacious, with a west facing balcony, on which you could enjoy a bottle of wine and have the late afternoon sun shine on you. We slept peacefully. There is a spa, which includes heated swimming pool, incorporating a jacuzzi and massage water jets. There was also an authentic Turkish steam room and a real Finnish sauna (not infrared), with a stove with stones upon which you could throw water (it is a requirement to wear a cap - €5 at the reception). The breakfast was having a very good selection, including bubbly and piano music. As an experienced traveller, I think this deserves a 10 and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Albacora across from Tavira island was such a relaxing spot, the spacious pool area with big warmish pool, then the location with beautiful estuary on your doorstep and quick boat trip over to a stunning wide beach with beach bars and lidos. Very clean and well equipped room, excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We wish we had stayed longer, truly! The town of Tavira is so lovely too. We were sad to go.
