The host was very helpful and gave us an upgraded room. She also helped to ensure that we could find a place to park underground as the outside lot was full. We oversaw the beach was incredible. And because of the layout of the room, we had windows looking in 3 directions (once we opened the shutters).

The hotel was really worth the money. The location was superb., Walking distance to the attractions. We had a fabulous welcome by the reception staff who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Pedro the bar tender was fabulous, his hospitality was amazing.
