Everything was great: very clean and comfortable room with an extraordinary view; very helpful and warm personal; rich and friendly breakfast. The position on the edge of a mountain was spectacular. The views incredible from our room on the 4th Floor. The rooms are super spacious and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful.

A fantastic place to stay for a night or two on top of the mountains to get away from it all. The chalet was great, clean, slept really well, and had everything we needed, aircon was a welcomed relief in the 40 degree heat. Particularly enjoyed the buffet restaurant, with a fantastic selection of food and the service was really nice.

Sure reasonable price to the all facilities which they have. Nice and friendly stuff. Great location - u are able to reach any distinction. Electrical charger! And most important - if you have a kids - they can play at kids room while you are at the bar and you can see them!

The ambience and decoration was really beautiful and the staff was exceptionally nice. The food in the restaurant was divine and breakfast had a good variety of food for all tastes. The overall prices outside of the package are adequate too. Everywhere we went in the facilities, it was super cozy and warm even though it was freezing outside.

The house was like a museum - a charming 16th century manor house with beautifully appointed bedrooms and some wonderful decor inside to match the historical architecture of the property. Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

The property felt like luxury accommodation in the mountains. I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.
