Location is excellent . Just across the road from Greenbelt , shops, restaurant & Catholic chapel. Suite is very spacious & comfortable. Beds are big enough to fit 2 adults and a child.. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the 21st floor with an amazing view of Makati. The room is well equipped with kitchenette & washing machine. The master shower is big & water pressure strong.

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

Room was very comfortable, staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. I left my ipad behind - the staff kept it safe and I had no problem getting it back Breakfast (room service) was excellent It is not a new hotel, but it has been wonderfully maintained. The lobby is so elegant. I have stayed in several hotels in Manila - I would say the Manila Peninsula is the best hotel of all. It is in the middle of the business district (but you do nor feel that) and the best shopping area is just a short walk away.

Of course the location of the hotel, walking distance from/to the airport! Furthermore the friendly and helpful staff. They even offered to take us to the airport by van.

The staff is amazing. They go all out to make guests feel welcome and special. The King room with a view of Manila Bay is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The included wi-fi is excellent, with a one-time login (unlike some hotels where you have to log in multiple times during your stay.) The small refrigerator is stocked with items to purchase, but can be removed to store your own drinks. The room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable with great pillows and comforter. The shower is great with multiple faucets to choose from with hot water and excellent water pressure. The staff came by to give us a slice of complimentary cake with a card welcoming us back to the hotel (we stayed here last year as well). They also made a call during our visit to make sure everything in the room was to our satisfaction. Absolutely amazing staff!
