Absolutely spotless room and bathroom. Comfy beds, and very spacious room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Location was excellent! Not surprised by the rating they get as a hotel. I would give a higher score if I could.

Premium hotel that maintains Nepalese historical architecture. Excellent food in the 3 restaurants. The staff was very kind. The spa is fantastic. The place is very quiet and the suite where we stayed was beautiful and comfortable.

I could book the room with 50% reduction so it was very good value for money, I really appreciated the heating function that was possible through the AC system, the kettle to make tea in the room, the cosy interior design and the helpfulness of the staff.

I stayed at the Karma Boutique Hotel four nights all together. I loved everything there! The stuff was incredibly nice and helpful, the contact via email was immediate. My room was beautiful - decorated with Nepalese art, very spacious, with super comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a small lane, very quiet and only 2 min walk to the streets full of shops, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend this location, would love to come back!
