Firstly, the great strength of this hotel is its staff who are all unfailingly pleasant, polite and professional no matter what their respective roles are. They are a credit to the hotel and I hope all are valued and respected by management. As the staff was extremely humble while checking us by Mr.kausal and Mr gokul who helped me with my lauggage and also the service throughout my in house orders was quick and beautifully presented along with the genuine authentic taste !
