Honestly, this is one of our favorite places to stay in all of Mexico. It's kind of a hidden gem as the front of the hotel doesn't look like much. The location, right on the edge of the old town, is convenient. Once inside, the character of the place and the rooms them self are such a joy to be in. The bespoke furnishings are of some of the highest quality I've seen; the mattress was very large and very comfortable; the rooms are spacious with nice tall ceilings. We stayed in a room near the pool, it was peaceful and lovely. We had an extra bonus from the desk manager after checkout. He noticed some challenge we were having with transportation and offered a ride (in a brand new Audi SUV) to the bus station. Very personal service, thank you.

The hotel was gorgeous. Located nearby the Zocalo (10 minute drive) it serves the purpose of a great stay with plenty of things to do with a short drive. The whole building is really nice and the rooms are very comfortable as well. Breakfast is very complete and the staff is just amazing.

The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer.
