We stayed at Grand Palace Hotel for a weekend trip for my birthday. The staff was very attentive and kind (they helped my partner prepare a little surprise as well). Our room was cleaned and put in order twice a day. They put small chocolates on our night stand after the evening order, I highly appreciated this gesture. We were very happy with our choice. The value for money was great and the location perfect too, in the Old Town. Some of the attractions of Riga Old town and best restaurants and bars were walking distance.

Absolutley amazing ! Awesome owners , everything was so clean and tidy , recomending this place 100% . We are planning to come back next year . We had a loveley evening with a hot tub and barbeque . We enjoyed our stay , and didint want to leave . Comfortable beds , felt like home. Thank you so so much Gary and Elena .

Comprehensive breakfast with good selection of fruits, meats, cheeses, and great syrniki. Sauna, gym, and pool area a big bonus.

It was very clean, very nice and very cheap! I think this is very good hotel for very little budget! To come was very easy, i got all instraction on email.

When I arrived, I was graciously welcomed by the staff member Vsevolods. He got me checked in, explained everything and was incredibly nice. I immediately knew I was going to have a wonderful time. The hotel itself is so beautiful on the inside with its interior design and all the little details. There is a small lobby with a couch near the elevator that you can sit down in but the service is so quick that you don't need to wait at all. The hotel is accessible to anyone disabled because they have a ramp and also the elevator if you don't want to take the steps. The entire hotel is so clean and when you come to your room, you're met with wonderful color theme. Mine was red. In your room you are provided with: shampoo, body lotion, body wash, slippers, earplugs, towels, soap, shower cap(s) and a bathrobe. If you fancy a coffee or tea, the room is equipped with an espresso machine and an electric kettle and they even provide you with the tea. My room was incredible, it overlooked the square. There was a TV, but I didn't use it at the end of the day because I was too tired from exploring the city. The location is within walking distance of everything most guides tell you that you need to see on your trip to Riga. Seriously, you can't get better location than this! The breakfast was delicious and the workers incredibly nice. I appreciate all their hard work and I hope they know they're amazing. I wish I got their names because they deserve to be called out by name. Also the food made was fresh and they provide a lot of options if you are a picky eater. Overall, this was the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Due to its staff, its location, cleanliness, services provided and everything awaiting at the room. Also special thanks to Vsevolods. He was incredibly helpful and overall spectacular!
