Everything was really nice. Good location near the beach and not so far from the airport. The room was big and clean, with all the needed facilities. The breakfast is very good and abundant.

The hosts Dulshan and Dilu are very warm-hearted people. We felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived! Dulshan helped us a lot (missing baggage) and gave us great tips for our on-going trip through Sri Lanka. He also organized a Tuk Tuk driver (a very nice man) that showed us different places to eat or even brought us to the bus station on the next day and waited until our bus departed. The accomodation is very clean and modern. The rooms have an AC and plenty of space! It is a lovely place to stay after a long journey - in our case from Austria - to Sri Lanka as the airport is nearby. we highly recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant start into your journey.

Staff gave a very warm welcome and were extremely helpful and friendly all the time. The place is fantastic with its bright colours and unique decor. Location is suburb. Our room was hugh and very nice to be in. The breakfast is divine and the pool is lovely to spend time there relaxing. It is one of our favourite places that we have ever stayed in. 😍

Have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Everything exceeded my hopes. I can heartily recommend this place to anyone visting Negombo. Brenda and Rob are absolutely amazing and kind people who made me feel very welcome. Really got my few days of rest and relaxing here, for the end of my Sri Lanka trip. The hosts also helped on arranging the airport transfer late night etc. Location is good, nice reastaurants close as well as the beach. Property itself was as presented in booking.com pictures and description. Breakfest was very good having the option of english breakfest or Sri Lankan breakfest. Bed was comfy and it was silent during night time. The place is very nicely decorated and garden is beautiful.

Most things people say about their experiences are subjective. We liked everything about the hotel, but one completely objective thing was that we arrived at 23.30, knackered after travelling for 27 hours from New Zealand, and there was still hot water in the shower. A small thing, but for the price, we were pleasantly surprised..

perfect location, Negombo city center is at a walking distance and it isn't too far from the airport. the host is super nice and he helped us in finding the transportation to the airport for an early flight. the pool and garden area is very peaceful
