Lakmal and team pampered us by fulfilling every need, whether it was organising tuk tuks for us, getting a converter for our chargers or glasses and ice for a night cap… they were always available and always smiling!!! Dewi the magician of the spa took away all our stresses and healed us with her magical hands!!! An experience to cherish!!!

Thusara guest house is above all a beautiful place, at the end of a small corner of paradise. The room I occupied is a typical beach vacation room. There is space, it feels good! The bathroom, very large, hot water at will, inside the room, good bedding, silent air conditioning, on top, fan. And icing on the cake, a wifi, fast! :.) Here, it is above all a place where you like to come back and find a friend, with whom to share your day or more intimately, your life. Thusara, smiling, happy, jovial, always ready to help and advise the best corners. It is a pleasure to have met his wife, his children. The room is located 1 mn from the beach... a short way down... nearby, restaurants, bars... far enough away not to be disturbed at night. At your disposal, a small kitchen, fridge, electric kettle... the breakfasts are extra!! For experienced surfers, Mirissa beach and not far, Matara.. for beginners, 5 minutes by scooter, Weligama beach (turning point school was great). The top of the top... and even Muy Thai lessons nearby (ask at the restaurant on the beach run by a Frenchman). I advise, of course, Go for it!

Loved the ambience and the staff were delightful. We had a ground floor room with patio doors onto our own patio and garden. There was an abundance of wild life. Monkeys, peacocks, bee eaters and chipmunks. The host even gave us a present of packets of tea from his family’s estate. Breakfasts were delicious.

Everyone was very friendly. I recommend rooms that have a sea view because they are significantly more comfortable and larger. The food is also very good, but I liked the location the most. I highly recommend

Everything was excellent! The front desk staff were very gentlemanly, the room was clean, and it had all the essentials: two shower towels, a beach towel, hot water, air conditioning, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel’s entrance is also very beautiful.

The hospitality of this family is incredibly amazing I felt as in my family environment Clean, quiet, natural surroundings, good breakfast, very humble and helpful guest. They even helped me to get to my bus station for a 30-minute drive, even if I didn't get the money to pay for it. Highly recommended, and the cost of the accommodation it is so worthy, close to the main road, 3 min ti the beach and the most funny activity and nice restaurants in Mirissa.
