Very friendly staff, good breakfast, they have bikes for rent for free for guests of the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the city. We could even park 2 motorcycles under the roof but there is a ramp to get there and it is to high for some motorcycles. But there is also a lot of parking space around the hotel. We decided to stay another night.

This property and staff, especially Elena, made our trip to Sardinia so wonderful. The room and the hotel overall totally exceed our expectations. It felt like a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star ⭐️. The cleaning was always on spot. The place was new, we had a spacious shower without mold (which is so rare for Italian hotels), the design of the room was super cute, we had a huge balcony, the AC worked perfectly- really nothing to complain about! Moreover Elena, the receptionist/concierge, gave us amazing recommendations everyday- where to eat, to swim, what activities to do. Everything she recommended to us was awesome. Super happy we stayed there 5 nights. The hotel doesn’t have a parking, however there is a big parking nearby with the camera. Ah, and the hotel is located on the parallel street to the Main Street of the town where you can find a lot of entertainment like street artists (dancers, clowns, musicians), theatre, vendors, restaurants, shops. Villasimius is a very pretty place full of life in summer!

A Dream Hotel in a Perfect Location – Pure Relaxation From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The atmosphere is enchanting, warm, and elegant – a beautiful example of old-school hospitality at its finest. The path to the dreamy beach leads through a charming grove of old pine trees, just a few steps from the hotel. Whether by the pool or on the hillside above the beach, the sun loungers are exceptionally comfortable with thick cushions. There are also loungers available directly on the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. The rooms are simply delightful – tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. The entire ambiance of the hotel is magical and peaceful, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The service is excellent – the staff are extremely attentive and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. We truly felt at home from the very first moment and are already looking forward to coming back. Hotel Regina Simius was the best place where we stayed during our Sardinian trip. The hotel is locating just few steps from the main street, staff were so kind and helpful, room size are enough big, beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was rich and so tasty, garage under the hotel was very good, especially when we had rain. To rent sun umbrella and ice bag so cool opportunity. We loved the sardinian design also. It was just simple amazing to stay there. We will definetaly go back if we travel again to Villasimius. Thank you everything!
