The hotel was really comfortable for a family of 4 people., it was spacious, the kids loved the loft, and the breakfast was awesome! We will stay here again if we come back to Venice. Omar give us good tips on where to go and helped us book our restaurants. Excellent service!

EVERYTHING! Alex, the proprietor was extremely helpful with giving us directions and ideas of what to see and do. Located right next to a restaurant called Patatina which had wonderful food. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast Alex brought us was delicious. We wished we would have been able to book an additional night there, but it was full. We’ll be back and will also pass this B&B information onto friends and family.

We loved the service. Fabulous team, special mention to Giovanni, Eleonora and gentlemen who had the night shift. The rooms were Victorian giving you the experience of living in Venice. Extremely thoughtful welcome package with goodies. As all Venice rooms, this one was small as well but very well planned and comfortable. Bang in the middle of Piazza San Stefano and few steps away from Academia Bridge really was a perfect spot.

Set on Venice’s Grand Canal, Locanda Leon Bianco is set in a residential building opposite the Ca' da Mosto Palace.

Romano and Pina are wonderful hosts. Ca' Riza really felt like home to me - quaint room (and the whole house), nice people, great food. The breakfasts were awesome, prepared with fresh, aromatic products; I could finally taste real Italian cuisine and it exceeded my expectations (crostini <3). The bed and linen were very comfortable - they let me rest after a day full of walking. The Wifi was fast and stable, I had a beautiful view from my window - just pure "italiness" :) The localization is good - it's both close to the most important parts of the city, but also quiet and close to Piazzale Roma (communication hub with the rest of the world). Besides, Romano knows the city like the back of his hand and is always keen on advising how to move there. I will surely return to Ca' Riza when I go back to Serenissima!
