The location of the hotel was simply fantastic. Embedded in nature and morning birdsong included. The boss, his family and his employees were just lovely. We had a double room superior with a large terrace. It was great. A large pool was available. And it is rare that the pictures posted on the internet correspond to reality. Special praise for that. Thank you for these beautiful 4 days.

The BB's location is amazing, also their staff is extremely helpful. They provided us with transportation before and after our stay. Their breakfast is outstanding and they have a very cute dining area. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night after a cruise and were able to walk to the B&B. We were made to feel very welcome. Loris carried our luggage upstairs. He then printed off the train timetable for us to visit Tarquinia. Lovely view from the balcony of our room, very comfortable bed with lots of storage in the room. We really enjoyed the atmosphere at breakfast the next morning around the communal table, very good food too. Loris had booked a taxi to take us to the airport. Ambra took us to meet the taxi and everything went very smoothly. We wished that we had booked more than one nights stay, location was excellent.

we just arrived after a horrible ferry journey and it was so lovely to be somewhere in the country but yet just out of town. The room was lovely with everything you would need, lovely modern, clean bathroom with all the toiletries needed. Bed was lovely and comfy and everywhere was so nice and clean. And the host was so lovely and helpful.

Excellent location almost in front of the Cruise Terminal. We had a 1st floor Suite. The view was incredible and we had a large patio with lounge chairs for pre cruise tanning. Breakfast was included and was quite satisfying.

We stayed at this property for a week and found it very comfortable. The owner and cleaning staff are very kind and helpful. We will certainly come back!
