This is a 400 year heritage building that one will be staying. It's on the 2nd and 3rd floor. While there are no elevators, sometimes staff is there to help in getting the luggage up. Room size are comfortable. Our room had a windows one could open. The check in was very smooth and since they had rooms they gave us early check in easily. ROBERTO Is the master of ceremonies here. You ask anything he is there to help. Breakfast is cozy and nice. It's not very large.but it's what one needs. Boiled eggs. Breads. Desserts. Great coffee. Juices. Cold cuts. Cheese. Spreads. Bread with toaster. Featured yogurt. Etc etc. Good breakfast. They even packed breakfasts for us because two days we were going early. Which is very sweet of them. And this they did it proactively. There is a code for main door and also the floor entry. Shower pressure was superb. Also was the hotel water. The room has a kettle with tea and coffee powders to use. The quality of towels is good. Quality of toiletries is excellent. They have a small shower but comfortable. A wc and a bidet and a wash basin. Beds/ mattress are comfortable. And quality of pillows is very good. Location. Is very very central next to San frasesco church and walking distance to all attractions. Lovely Irishman bar next door plus amazing restaurants all in walking distance. Really loved and will recommend to stay here.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena.

Perfekt location: close to train station, and located halfway up the hill. It’s tranquil and idyllic, so we could have a nice rest here. The room is tidy and clean, well-decorated. We felt like staying in our own home. The staffs are super friendly and warm-hearted.

The decor and painted ceilings were exquisite. The bedroom room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable with a generous en-suite bathroom with lovely towels and robes.

Everything! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The bed was soooo comfortable, the room had a view onto the little courtyard which was lovely. We would highly recommend it and hope we can come back someday!

Absolute winner of all our stays in Italy. The place is located 3 minutes walk from the main square, in a backyard of the historical buildings. It has so much atmosphere! An it is so professionally and easthetically pleasingly renovated. The rooms are very modern and clean with a perfect design. The shared area for relaxation and breakfast has two "floors" and it has a super "good vibes" feeling. It really is hard to leave the place - eventhoug all around you is a beautiful town of Siena! I def recommend to stay for more days, so you can also enjoy the place itself, it is a pitty to just sleep there and go. Last but not least - Anna is a super host, very helpful, nice and caring. I just wanna go back right now!

Very spacious and immaculate room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The location was perfect - easily reachable by car with free parking close by. It was then easy to walk into the main town from there. The homemade breakfast each morning was phenomenal and something we looked forward to each morning of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
