Everything! From the staff, the location, the hotel itself and the cleanliness. The staff are top notch professionals. Very helpful in any way and friendly. They went above and beyond. The hotel room is lovely as well and was getting cleaned everyday. Location is perfect too. Walking distance to tourists spots and shops. Steps away from the Trevi Fountain, Harry’s Bar Trevi Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Rome. We stayed there for an extended period in January 2024 and enjoyed our stay immensely. We were especially impressed by the professionalism and demeanor of the staff – front desk/concierge, servers, housekeepers, etc. They were all very friendly, courteous and attentive to all our needs, arranged for site tickets, offered suggestions for dinner, and handled concerns we might encounter as well. The room was very nice--tastefully-decorated, modern, and soundproof. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was wonderful, the offerings were a site to behold. Italian, European and American dishes were served daily. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. We would love to return here someday; it was perfect!

It is an experience that you have to do at least 1 night. It isn't in the center of Rome but is quiet and has really good restaurants and bars on a few steps best customer service of all Italy.
