Great location in town, 5 minute walk to the ficocella beach, 15 minute walk to the port. Bathroom, air con etc were ok. Staff at breakfast very welcoming but reception just ok. Nice promenade but seems to be the end of season already and we really struggled to find a place to eat, but found a good locals' haunt at the very far end of the town finally, it was Sunday too I suppose.

Let's face it: there are two different levels of high (9+) ratings on booking: 1). The ones you give some people for being nice even though the place is more like a "6" or "7" 2). The ones that are actually a 10. This place is actually a 10 and made me regret I gave other places high ratings;) go there and see why this place is head and shoulders above others in this price range.
