The location is fantastic! There are many luxury brand stores nearby, making shopping very convenient. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Inga and Klodiana, who helped us with a smooth check-in and provided lots of useful information for travel. The building itself is full of history, and I especially loved the charming, vintage windows. A truly wonderful stay!

It was the most comfortable, cute, lovely, and calm place we stayed during our trip to Italy. It is located in a perfect place near a tram station and takes only a few minutes to reach the center, though we mostly took a walk. There is a huge supermarket very near to the hotel. THe room was very beautiful and clear and with all the facilities you may need for a comfort stay, everything was superb, highly recommend it. The villa, garden and overall location is truely amazing. Can't imagine a better place to stay if you want to visit Florence and yet get a taste also of Toscana peaceful and beautiful nature. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The shuttle bus is a big plus too.
