Pina and Maria were exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast they provided was excellent and the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. On two occasions, Pina insisted on giving us a lift into town to save us walking.

The building is beautiful, set in a lovely square with restaurants and bars. Walking distance from the ferry. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great Paid palking a few minutes from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel. Excellent location, near the lake and lovely restaurants. Short walk to the funicular that takes you to Brunate. Staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Will definitely return

Everything was absolutely great. Design and still of the hotel were marvelous, I felt like being in a real palace: beautiful paintings on the walls, gold, big mirrors, Kandelabers. Very nice and friendly stuff, tasty breakfast, fantastic view to the cathedral, huge windows, much light and just very romantic.
