It was my partner’s birthday and they made him feel very special with notes in the room and vouchers, and upgraded room and on arrival the receptionists all wished him a happy birthday. Staff were lovely in every department

Amazing hotel. Luxury, big, warm, spacious room. Spotless clean. Lovely view of the city from the room. Very safe and quiet. Great gym. And very warm welcoming by staff working in the lobby. Just across the street is the biggest shopping mall in Dublin with lots of to-buy, coffee, restaurants, and shops. I just love this hotel. All perfect. Thank you
