The location in a natural reserve with a private beach is exceptional. The facilities are very well kept and staff go above and beyond to make your stay in the hotel and experience in Peten a trip to remember. Kevin Guerra from the reception orgsnized fantastic tours for my family, the service providers were excellent.

The staff was just exceptionally nice. I really liked the shared kitchen as well, it was really well equipped. Also, if you wanted they clean your room every day.
