Reception staff were excellent, they even upgraded our room to a swim up room. The all inclusive was excellent food nice .

Pretty much everything! Super clean and modern rooms with up to date furniture. Keycard system super high tech. Cleaning staff precise and fast! Reception is super kind and helpful, location is perfect. Breakfast was good enough. Shower by the pool had good water pressure. Loved our stay there! This hotel should be 4 starts, not 3!

We have been going to the Castello for some years and wouldn't go anywhere else in Argassi. The location is excellent and because my husband has walking difficulties they always provide a apartment on the ground floor. The staff are amazing always friendly and nothing you ask is any problem to them. Certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean, well equipped. Perfect location, right in the city centre, also with sea-view. They have a few free parking spots in front of the hotel in case you have a car. Also probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had in our trips.
