The room was spotless and very spacious and two BIG balconies to enjoy the views. Bed very comfortable and pillows had different thicknesses to choose from. Lots of varieties to choose from for breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially when I had a little accident and sprained my ankle!

Lovely location - close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. It was just a short walk into town which was equally beautiful with more restaurants. The hotel itself was quiet, clean and with a really nice pool area, where sunbeds were always available. The hotel owners/hosts were super helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this accommodation

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, and they diligently cleaned our room every single day. The hotel's garden was a fragrant paradise, reminiscent of my grandmother's garden, filled with beautiful flowers and succulents. The location, right in front of the sea, was absolutely amazing, and being just a few steps away from a small beach added to the charm of this romantic place. Moreover, having parking available on the street in front of the hotel was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a clean and romantic stay by the sea. We stayed for a week here and the accomodation exceeded my expectations. It has a good location, really close to the city center, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. The cleaning was done daily, the sheets were changed at 2-3 days. There is air conditioning in every room. We had a room with sea view, so it was very nice and quiet. The other side of the building is pointed to a street, so you could hear noise from cars. There is no parking dedicated to the hotel, but we could easily find parking spots every day. The street is safe, so no need to worry about the car. The hosts are warm and friendly, we felt like home there. There is also a nice beach nearby, about 15 mins walk. I truly recommend this place for its price, quality, cleanliness and location. Would definitely check in again here if we return to Neos Marmaras.
