Everything was amazing. Great service and great food, amazing feeling of privacy. Everything was clean. Great gym. Great activities. I recomend to meet George, the personal trainer and do a training with him and also go for a hike with him to the mountain behind the hotel. Defenetelly a place to go.

Facilities in the hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. All staff were great, especially the female that ran the restaurant in the evenings, she was amazing, professional, quick and efficient running the floor mostly by herself and always with a smile. Food was delicious, it was great value for money and felt homely. Enjoyed the mid week Greek dancing too. Foil was a good size, lots of beds and nice music at the pool bar. Good location easy walk to the beach, shops nearby and bus stop into Rhodes town around the corner.

What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This was our second stay at villas Duc. And it was great again. The complex is small but the apartments are a good size. The pool is nice and relaxing and it’s close to the shops and the beach. Staff is nice and helpful. We be coming back.
