Wonderful place, located in a quieter area than the busy Fira, but still within a walking distance to both Fira center and Imerovigli. Lovely resort, very spacious rooms, with access to a shared swimming pool (or with a private pool, depending on the room, I was lucky to receive an upgrade!). Excellent breakfast, with variety of options to pick from. And the staff - helpful, friendly, always providing best support. I had a great stay and when I'm back in Santorini, for sure I will book this place again!

The location and view were excellent, right on the pathway to Fira main area which was a pleasant and picturesque 10 minute walk along the coast. The staff, including Brave the dog, were very friendly and helpful. Our private hot tub was great to relax in and watch the world go by. Breakfast delivered to our room was a surprise bonus 😀

Spacious room with nice terrace with sea view . Free parking just opposite the hotel. Easy access to the restaurants, shops and walkway to see the caldera view. Delicious & value for money breakfast at €10 per person.

Super experience - best location in the island. The view and the facility are exquisite. Friendly staff - everyone was very welcoming and gave helpful tips. Concierge did a great job with the reservations. The breakfast was one of the best experiences we had on our trip.

Stay at the Kafieris was incredible amazing. I travel with my family/friends and we ask to get closer rooms to stay all together, the owner Nikos made it happen! Rooms were perfectly cleaned everyday. Spacious and amazing views from both balconies, MORNINGS, SUNSET AND NIGHT can see Caldera View, cruises and Volcan is clearly seen. Breakfast time you can choose your preferred time, The staff bring your food and drinks in the room and prepare everything in the balcony to enjoy as best. You can spend sometime in the rooftop pool , sun-beds and the pool are extraordinary the weather is fantastic up there! Couldn’t ask for better stay, staff is definitely on top of everything. Location is perfect, step out of the apartment you have the famous 3 bells of Fira, restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops. 5 minutes walk you have Imerovigli and 10 minutes walk City of Fira. Just 10 minutes bar car can go to Oia. A BIG THANK TO THE OWNER ALWAYS THERE GIVING ADVICES FOR THE NEXT DAY ADVENTURE.

- Location, Location, Location - It was Perfect! - Views: The most incredible views from your Room, including the Sunset! I pinched myself every time I stood on our Terrace. - The Rooms are amazing, really beautiful decorated & have everything you need. - Daily Housekeeping Service was a lovely surprise - The Porters carry your Luggage up & down the Steps, really impressive. - The Pool Setup is out of this world, lots of nice beds to Sunbathe on, Cold Refreshing Pool & lovely Pool Bar. - All the Staff were super friendly & efficient, I really didn’t want to leave!!
