View and balcony was absolutely amazing. It was such a lovely place and Alex was extremely welcoming and helpful, he even took me into the town so I didn't have to wait for the bus. Unfortunately couldn't enjoy the breakfast as we had to be out early, however it looked great! Wish I could have stayed longer! Batelo was really close to the town and you can swim right across the road. Thank you Alex :)

Great breakfasts, plenty of variety and choice. Looked after well by great staff who took an interest and were very helpful. Situated centrally, great location, good as a springboard to walk all over the town. Comfortable, great room.

Fantastic hotel with a excellent cost-benefit. Incredible views of the Ionic Sea, a helpful and kindness staff. They help me taking care of my luggage later of the check out. The room is very wide with good beds and modern decoration. All facilities was working very well and all was very clean. The breakfast is outside with views and with a range of different options.

There was a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries, breads, and cereals to delicious hot dishes, fresh fruit, and high-quality cold cuts and cheeses. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors excellent, and even the coffee and juices were of great quality. It truly exceeded expectations and made for a perfect start to the day. The lunch and dinner at the hotel were just as impressive as breakfast. The variety of dishes was excellent, with something to suit every taste, and the quality of the ingredients was clearly top-notch. Meals were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making every dining experience a real pleasure. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which made working and staying in touch effortless. The housekeeping team deserves special praise – the rooms and common areas were always spotless, and the cleaners were friendly, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The bars offered a great selection of drinks, and the bartenders were skilled and welcoming. The only small suggestion would be to consider adding one more bartender during busy times, just to make service even faster and ease the workload for the existing staff – who were doing an excellent job already. Overall, the hotel provided exceptional service, comfort, and hospitality, and I would be delighted to return.
