Marmalade is grade “B” listed building, dating back to 1817. Boat and distillery trips depart from Portree and the rocky hill The Old Man of Storr is 7 miles away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Breakfast in terms of quality of food & service is excellent. Reception staff were attentive & helpful and gave very good recommendations. Food at sister restaurant Dulse & Bose was great too.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect being so remote but the hotel was amazing. So much history in an absolutley stunning locatin. Amazing food, great whiskey and incredibly friendly staff. The rooms were much more modern than expected and very comfortable. 10/10 Huge thanks to the staff for a memorable experience.

It was the perfect place to be in Skye. The whole apartment was with the highest standards and super clean. Fiona’s touch in lo details of the apartment was marvellous. Super convenient and very close to Portree, Man of Storr, The Kilt, Quaring… just perfect!
