This was our 4th stay at the hotel and we were given a lovely room in the new part of the hotel, overlooking the pitch. We were celebrating our anniversary and were very lucky and grateful to receive an upgrade to this room (458)

Lovely spacious room. No noise from busy road. The pool and jacuzzi is exceptionally clean, lovely and relaxing. We had breakfast included in the price, the chorizo and sweet potato hash was amazing. Great location with everything in walking distance. Car park straight across as well. No faults, easy check in and great staff. Will definitely return

Excellent location, close to shopping, bars and the AO arena! Lovely and clean, excellent breakfast at the onsite restaurant! Pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful added touch to help relax and unwind after a busy day in the city! Staff were very helpful and happy to assist.
