The service by the Staff is 6* if this was possible. Amazing contact and customer service when we had a long delay in Amsterdam. The apartment was fantastic, super quiet and looking into the train station meaning convenience was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this place If I had one tiny complaint, and its not, its purely feedback for the housekeeping, is that our bath was dirty and had alot of small black bits in we couldn't remove. But it was the day after new years and we saw how busy they had been!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The location could not be more perfect – right in the heart of the city, with everything within easy walking distance. Shops, restaurants, and attractions are all just a few minutes away, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. What I loved the most was how everything was made from natural materials. The design felt warm, organic, and truly special – from the wooden furniture to the beautiful, earthy textures throughout the building. It gave the whole place such a calm and genuine charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and every detail of my stay was just perfect. I felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave.
