The reception area is tastefully decorated and smells wonderful thanks to a diffuser, the receptionists were very friendly, efficient and professional. Lovely touch of offering a glass of prosecco in arrival!!!!! Our room was a good size with all that you would expect, toiletries, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and a fan which we definitely needed!!! Meeting Tom Allen who we were in Derry to watch at the Millennium Forum was brilliant!!! He stayed in the same hotel!!!!

We celebrated our wedding dinner party on 12th October the food was excellent plentiful and served to us by beautiful staff who made our day very special.The accommodation was spacious clean and warm tastefully decorated we loved it.k8nd regards ro All staff from front desk to waiter waItresses bar staff etc.

I was up with my wife and 3 year old. We stayed Wednesday the 6th. I rang the staff ahead to tell them I won't be checking in until 8pm. The lady at the front guest was fantastic. Very friendly and couldn't do more for us. It's so close to loads of amenities. A must stay for a flying visit!

On the banks of the River Foyle, City Hotel has a fine restaurant, modern fitness centre and free limited on-site parking.
