SwedenIt was absolutely wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer and taken "a day off" there. The surroundings were so beautiful and calm, the staff were extraordinarily nice, and we got great food that was adapted to our intolerances (gluten and dairy).

Wonderful lodge in a fabulous location. Saw seals and heard owls. Room was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We didn’t have supper at the lodge but came back and had a whisky from the bar (very well stocked) and sat in one of the two relaxing rooms which was lovely.

Amazing location! We stopped here whilst travelling the NC500 on our honeymoon. Unfortunately, it was a flying visit, and we want to come back to explore the area. Our room had amazing views of the bay and we saw seals. The evening meal and breakfast were lovely. We also stayed at their sister hotel Forss House which was also lovely, they had amazing food!

Lovely old world sort of luxury. Beautiful outlook. Brilliant staff and great food, apart from my profiteroles which were a tad disappointing considering the high quality of other courses.
