Stayed here before because of location and staff really welcoming and helpful. Hotel is very clean and rooms are all different choices with normal or atrium garden view both are lovely. In house bar and restaurant with lounge area pool and leisure facilities ideal for a relaxing break

We were upgraded to a suite because the completion of work on our booked room had been delayed. We have never experienced such luxury! The staff were wonderful, the on-site Pan fusion restaurant was excellent, and the hotel was stunning. It was right on the esplanade with a short walk to the city centre.
