Excellent stay at the The Boathouse Inn. We stayed one night in a very comfy, clean and quiet double room with a private bathroom. We came by car and it's literally 5 minutes away from the Old Town, so location wise it was really convenient. We could eat in the restaurant for a reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet place and not too far away from town.

The Cheshire Cat is our favourite place to stay in Cheshire. It is located along the Chester Canal and the A41, a short drive (and a little longer walk) from Chester. The restaurant is very good and breakfast excellent. We will be back.

Excellent hotel, near city centre (within the city walls). Parking in hotel garage (at a fee of 10 pound a night). Excellent breakfast, where you can even eat all you want! Very comfy, big rooms. With airconditioning. Would come here again, definitely. Very friendly staff!
