It is beautifully situated with fantastic country views. The pub itself is lovely and full of character. Staff are super friendly and helpful, food is great, breakfast is hearty and good beer selection. Accomodation is clean and warm, only thing missing from our room was a proper shower.

Lovely place. Burford is a charming village so the location is perfect. The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm and the rooms are clean and spacious. The vibes of the place are very authentic even in the lobby. The breakfast was delicious too. 10/10 and very worth it for the price too

Excellent service. Only two rooms. Ours was very comfortable. You wont hear any pub noises to the rooms. Do have some dinner as well!

We like everything about this house: breakfast and dinner is awesome and the bedrooms, front office, reading room etc. are cozy, like the interior and everything about this old house and staying here.

Food excellent and reasonably priced. Probably the best food I've had on trip to the UK. Owners and staff really made our stay. extremely helpful and great fun aswell. Our group of 6 were extremely impressed with all aspects of the accommodation. Also we were going racing in cheltenham and it was a perfect location to get to the track, only 30 miles. I thoroughly recommend the Bird in hand Inn.
