Loved the place. Just right behind the touristy part of Bourton on the water. Easy for us to hop in and out of hotel with a toddler whose moods we can't predict. Fantastic service and my toddler loved the housedog Burty! Breakfast was also great. Small lil touches like gifting of a rubber ducky to my toddler which she cherishes so much. Loved it!

Wonderful location, excellent breakfast. The staff was super friendly and considerate. The place itself is one of a kind. Cozy atmosphere, very peaceful and welcoming. Lovely open fire with cozy leather sofas in the drawing room, ideal to curl up with a book or just relax. Elegant and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

Although owners away we were made to feel welcome by very friendly staff, home made treats also enjoyed on arrival. Advised also on a variety of dinner options, we were then able to enjoy a brief walk around the town and in fact decided to change our travel plans to visit some of the interesting independent shops and take in the amazing architecture. Our substantial breakfast well cooked so no room to enjoy a cream tea later. Also noted a lot of attention to detail to make your stay comfortable.

We found the ambiance cosy and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff including Lee, Tom, Anna and other breakfast staff were all delightful and truly helpful. The lovely restaurant offered us a glass of Champagne for our Anniversary dinner, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect as it’s back off the main drag, making it tranquil yet highly convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay!
