The building and grounds were excellent, very well maintained. A lovely location, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing Facilities were also amazing , the sauna and jacuzzi were a personal favourite. Didn’t get a chance to book a massage as it was basically fully booked :( Room was superb, really big comfy beds. Went for a solo birthday relax day and staff gave some freebies ! Great location too for access to restaurants and clothing stores Would defo stay here again

Staff were great. The facilities were amazing, the pool is lovely and has a jacuzzi and steam room and towels are provided. The restaurant/bar area is really nice, and the food is amazing - especially the breakfast - highly recommend booking this. The room was large and spacious with everything you could possibly want

Everything we come back every year for the same show at the NEC and its always fabulous, my partner booked us a suite by surprise and the staff ensured all the balloons and bits for our anniversary were put in the room before hand. the rooms are spacious wonderful views and have great facilities with a wonderful minibar selection. Easy to get to the pool for a relaxing experience the jacuzzi outside was wonderful and the central location to the NEC and restaurants amazing! staff always friendly and its the cleanest hotel ive ever stayed in.
